About Mother & Mini
Mother & Mini is a space for you to move, reconnect, and be supported without needing to be separated from your baby.
These classes are designed for both prenatal and postpartum bodies, with a focus on gentle strength, stability, and functional movement that supports you in everyday motherhood. Rooted in Pilates and informed by pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, each session meets you where you are, whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your journey.
Babies are always welcome here. Feed, hold, soothe, or simply pause when you need to. This is a flexible, judgment-free environment where real life is not only accepted, but expected.
More than just a workout, Mother & Mini is about building connection to your body, your baby, and a community of women moving through a similar season.
What You Can Expect
Expect intentional, low-impact movement that focuses on core and pelvic floor support, posture, and overall strength. Classes are designed to be adaptable, with modifications and amplifications offered throughout.
There’s no pressure to keep up or “bounce back.” You’re encouraged to listen to your body, move at your own pace, and take what you need from the experience because each day feels different.

Each class is specifically designed with each phase of motherhood in mind. Every movement is taught with options so you can choose what feels right for your body.
You’ll be guided with options to support:
All trimesters of pregnancy
Early postpartum recovery
Rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength
Progressing strength over time
You’re never expected to do the same version as anyone else.

We encourage you to consult with your medical provider before engaging in any activity. After medical clearance, most moms typically join 6-8 weeks after birth or if you’re pregnant you can attend as long as you feel comfortable and have no restrictions from your provider.

That’s completely normal here.
Mother & Mini is designed for real life. You can pause anytime to feed, comfort, or ted to your child. There’s no pressure to stay “on track.”

Toddlers are welcome.
We understand this stage comes with movement and curiosity, and the environment is flexible and judgment-free. Bringing a few toys or snacks can help, but nothing needs to be perfect.
